Stephanie Postles is contemporary New Zealand painter working from her home studio in the foothills of the southern alps.
Her Paintings exude colour, light and a rawness of feeling, reflecting the human condition and her personal view of the world around her.
She is a painter of memory, and sees her painting as a way to turn elusive memory into tangible objects.
After obtaining her BFA from Whitcliffe collage of fine arts in 2015 Postles has gone on to be a finalist in the Molly Morpeth awards and the NZ Painting and Printmaking awards and the Alpine energy awards.
She has exhibited in multiple large scale solo exhibitions and group shows throughout New Zealand.
